Consider Adjusting our Monitor DevOps Stage to be called Observability

This was suggested in a recent analyst call (internal). We should consider adjusting the name of the Stage from Monitor to Observability.

Pros:

• It signals are Cloud Native and modern approach to these set of features
• It resonates well with our focus on developers
• We already use the term extensively
• It helps us distinguish between ourselves and traditional APM/Monitoring vendors

Cons:

• It doesn't align with the original DevOps loop
• It could new or be treated skeptically by customers familiar with traditional monitoring terminology
