Release Post Iteration Group
I'm assembling a 5 - 8 team, ideally including someone from marketing, design and engineering. The initial to do list includes:
- reviewing, collaborating and helping prioritize feedback/suggestions from the various retros: #820 (closed)
- Research best practices-- how are other companies doing this at scale? #819 (closed)
- Data on who and how many are viewing release post pages, changelogs and blog posts
- talking to various stakeholders live or via surveys
- reviewing/updating Handbook to align with updates to the process and template, and vice versa
Over time, we’ll start taking action to improve outcomes (such as the release post blog page) and make progress on automation of the process.
Scope of effort should not exceed 3 hours per week.
