- Increase user adoption signaling through improving product metrics and user engagement surveys
- Today, our metrics show raw usage but does not tie back to the user adoption journey. This would include making sure xMAU is the right signal and identify metrics around driving conversion. This would allow us to better understand how to drive uptiering based on a user’s journey within our product.
- Improve data signals to evaluate progress for FY Investments + determine future investments as part of operationalizing strategy

Mix of determining what are the right things to track to determine if there's progress for the plan as well as "productionalize" metrics that are already known e.g. the new SpO/UU maturity data
