FY24 Verify & Package Roadmap and launch plans

Overview

In order to best align our teams to company goals, business priorities, and market needs, I'd like to propose and organize our FY24 launch plan.

Proposal

Across Verify and Package, I'd like the teams to consider the following themes and items as top priorities for FY24:

  1. Security position - Supply Chain Security (SLSA 4), Secrets Management, Masking in Logs, unblocking Secure Stage
  2. Developer Experience for Best in Class CI/CD - CI Catalog, GitLab Steps, Fleet Management, Interoperability of CI, Pipeline Speed, Runner Autoscaling
  3. Transparent CI/CD - Observability in CI performance, Package/container alerts

Next Steps

  1. Identify if there are any WIP efforts you think should be included
  2. Begin linking and labeling epics/issues with target quarters
