Ops Section 15.6 Kickoff Prep : October

🎯 Intent

This issue is meant to prepare and centralize content for the upcoming kickoff call this month. The goal is to ensure that the product representative from Ops has easy access to any content they may need.

Why have a different prep from the product-wide prep issue?

We created this issue template distinct form the broader product-wide prep issue because we realized that we were asking for things like planning issue links, and MVC and new config reviews in an entirely separate, earlier issue template. This helps prevent Ops Section PMs from supplying similar updates across multiple issues.
