Improve Reference Architecture Docs to Focus on Giving Confidence

Intent

Our reference architecture docs are great and provide a high amount of information about the regular tests we run on these reference architectures. What they miss is directly providing confidence (via transparency) that customers considering these architectures will get the results they are looking for.

Proposal

Focus on docs improvements in the Reference Architecture that provide transparency on why we perform the tests we do, how we perform the tests and how to interpret the results.
