Vision/strategy reviews for stages and key categories
I’d like to start reviewing stage and category visions/strategies, with a focus on the areas called out by our 2019 vision (project management, VSM, CD, AST). It’ll be recorded, but the intent is to make sure we have high quality, clear, impactful goals, so this will be interactive with a lot of constructive criticism.
