Adjust all references to competitors to devops-tools

In all cases we use the word competitors when:

• We don't actually mean it, we don't think of them as competitors
• It isn't accurate, we don't actually compete, but perhaps we can be an alternative to

We intentionally avoid using competitors in our marketing pages but the word is used frequently throughout our code.
