Proposal

  • Create survey evaluating product manager expectations with constraints already in place (Likert scales on PM skills we want to assess field alignment with)
  • Distribute survey to population
  • Conduct Qualitative interviews for handful of key sales/CS leaders
  • Analyze key Themes/expectations
  • Create core competencies for themes

Tasks

  • Review Requirements from various inputs on tab 1
  • Add any additional requirements in Group Must Haves
  • Review tab 2 and add any additional competency statements you think we should be evaluating
