FY22-Q2 KR: (VP, Product) KR: Introduce Error Budgets to stage groups => 17%

We'd like to introduce a new PI for each stage group, their error budget. This is a measure of the performance and availability of their features on GitLab.com. This OKR will help to drive additional awareness as we launch this PI, and activate stage groups on it. This PI will then continue to be used in subsequent quarters.

• Product groups achieve their Error Budget target of 99.95 Availability by EOQ (last rolling 28day period) [80% of OKR => 21%]
