Create Learning and Development Library for Product

Product engagement survey action:

Invest in a more robust Learning & Development curriculum for Product team members for at least three key competencies. Leverage content from LinkedIn, ProductTalk, and homegrown sources. Link content to competency development handbook descriptions, the Career Development Framework, and onboarding instructions.

• Create MVC page to set a hub-like structure #2042 (closed)
• Add core content buckets and topics to L & D library
• Collect and prioritize content to:
  • P1 - Link to appropriate L &D content from competencies
  • P2 - Link to appropriate L & D content from CDF
  • P3 - Link to appropriate L & D content from product development flow
  • P4 - Link to appropriate content from product management onboarding
