Re-name the Manage:Analytics group to be more specific (less generic)

Problem to solve

As detailed by @jeromezng, "analytics" is a heavily-used term within GitLab. He said: "I think our teams should actually be trying to be as specific as possible when talking about what type of analytics they're referring to instead of using the broad term analytics." Obviously that is relevant to the group in the Manage sub-department currently named "Analytics" (generally referred to as "the Analytics group").

Proposal

Re-name Manage:Analytics as Manage:DevOps Analytics.
