Plan for using TheLoop for Product & Marketing
Content
Generally, the suggested usage is for anything that is "time boxed" or stops being relevant at a specified future date.
Typical examples:
- News/events
- Updates
We can also include links to resources/references.
Training example:

Push integration
- Individual items can be pushed to Slack.
- Items can be pulled together into a newsletter (similar to "While you were iterating")
Site
- Product & Marketing
- instead of multiple sites, we can use Audience based (ABAC), such as https://help.simpplr.com/hc/en-us/articles/45802458247315-ABAC-How-to-send-a-content-notification-by-audience
- Also, can set up "Page Categories"
Permissions
Each site can have designated "managers".
Additionally, designated individuals can post on behalf of others. For example, have Chief of Staff and EBA post as CPMO.
Content Plan
- Announcements
- R&D interlock?
- release posts?
- strategy/plan updates
- CPMO updates including All Hands recordings
