Product Dept OKR:
1) 50% of devopsplan ~feature issues moved to ~"workflow::In Dev" should have an iteration assigned
2) 50% of the devopsplan issues in a single iteration is burned down
Related initiatives
- Find a solution for async (or hybrid) iteration planning (sprint planning)
- Measure issue cycle time by the total hours an issue is in “workflow::ready for dev” to “closed (resolved)”. The working hypothesis is -- “Using Iterations will lead to smaller batch sizes. Smaller batch sizes will lead to a reduction in Build Track cycle time, which will lead to a number of direct and indirect benefits for Plan, GitLab, and the wider community”
