Add GMAU vs Paid GMAU focus areas for each group on the categories page

We would like to be clear whether groups are focused on broad user expansion (GMAU) or paid user expansion (Paid GMAU). We'll do this by adding a descriptor that looks like (Focus: GMAU), or (Focus: Paid GMAU) to each group description on the categories page. https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/categories/

This will be necessary for each group that intends to track GMAU. For other groups, particularly in enablement, where GMAU isn't appropriate, this won't be necessary.

Here's the following designation by group.

  • Manage:Access - paid
  • Manage:Compliance - paid
