NodeJS SAST Scan Failing

The nodejs-scan-sast started running and failing on May 31. It appears in an effort to resolve other issues when this scan was triggered by *.js files, the rules were changed to trigger off package.json, but then fails if no *.js files are found. See comment in GitLab issue 215940.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
