Included in this snapshot: - GitLab Duo catalog definitions: agents/agent.yml and flows/flow.yml (NavSecOps route intelligence), validated by project CI. - NAVIGUIDE application stack and NavSecOps-style API split: Gemini for structured route analysis (/duo/validate, /duo/risk) and Claude for skipper-facing synthesis (/duo/briefing), as documented in the repository README. - Reproducibility for judges: geospatial datasets are fetched via scripts/fetch_data.sh with instructions in docs/DATA.md; Berry-Mappemonde polar data is versioned as naviguide_workspace/polar_data/polar_berry-mappemonde-2026.json.
