[Feature request] IGN HD LIDAR direct access

IGN provides the LIDAR HD dataset, in various forms.

It would be great to have it integrated by default in Piero, with a way to directly : 

• see HD LIDAR coverage layer, and query its attributes
• download the corresponding tiles locally in the browser
• dynamically add chosen PointCloud tiles as Piero layers
• ... or directly load the full HD LIDAR coverage
• be able to change the viewing type ( classification, intensity, RGB…)
