Model specific prompting: deal with qwen scrolling

Unlike sonnet, qwen won't automatically scroll the page to find things. You can tell it to scroll and usually it works. So should we have a feature to automatically manage the prompts based on the model? If yes, do the qwen scrolling thing first.
