Yes, I know, yet another sweeping change... sorry :)
I think that we should have nested ei (for "eigen internal") namespace instead of prefixing stuff with ei_. There's no reason why suddenly for this stuff we prefer a prefix over a namespace, is there? And if you agree with the change I propose in bug #85 (closed) comment 2, this is a prerequisite.
