Pagination for "send page"

Problem: All surveys that the user has created, then saved and/or published are listed in the web portal under SEND. However, there is no pagination on this page and there is a display limit of 100. Since researchers sometimes create more than 100 surveys, they need to be able to see all surveys they have created, published or canceled.

Solution: Implement pagination for send page, similar to Surveys > Create, possibly with a high display limit per page and a quick filtering functionality.
