Include backend and app version, language in data export

Note: This issue has been copied over from git.gesis.org

Including app and backend versions similar to devices in the export datasets would help improve replicability and traceability of data collections.

Additionally the selected app language would provide useful information to researchers.

I did some first digging and found that appVersion and language are already transmitted as part of the DeviceDocument from the mobile app.
