Redesign "next" button

Use Case: As a participant, I have to click on "next" if I want to send a survey. However, the font is very small. If additional non-response options are offered, these are also much larger in comparison and could be clicked by mistake.

Requirements:

1. the next button should be more prominent.
2. the display of the non-response options should be less prominent.
