Add information on timezone in scheduling section

USE CASE: As a researcher I need to plan the survey schedule accoring to the time zone of my participant. As the GESIS AppKit scheduling is based on server time (see appkit#3), we should add a short note in the scheduling menu in our web portal.

SOLUTION: discussed in appkit#14

Additionally, we need an entry in our user manual that explains this in more detail.
