Name conflict with exonerate: fastaexplode is used by both software packages

Hi, the Debian Med team has packaged biobambam2 for official Debian. We have received a bug report about a name space conflict with the package exonerate. Both are providing the executable fastaexplode. It seems both binaries are serving perfectly the same issue but do not have the same command line interface. It would be helpful to find some agreement either to rename at least one of the binaries or settle with a common utility that is featuring the same interface. Kind regards, Andreas.
