Support for pitch & roll on pictures

Title says it all 😁 I'm waiting for this issue to have comments before choosing the final fields names https://github.com/stac-extensions/perspective-imagery/issues/12

No migration as existing instances have only a few pictures with this metadata set to anything beyond 0 (hundreds on IGN instance, 2700 on OSM).
