How does your day/milestone flow?

I wanted to find out from everyone on the Geo team about how they structure their day and their milestones. There are a few goals here:

1. Sharing how we structure our days might give others ideas for how to incorporate certain events into their days
2. Knowing how people arrange their milestones might help me make a good suggestion for how we can better accommodate ad-hoc support requests
3. This might give us some more context about others in the team

Also, because of the auto-deploy work to get closer to continuous deployment, there are going to be some opportunities to change how we shape our milestones. Some changes to better use these new ways of working might be good, but I need some more context before making suggestions.
