As a user I want to be taken to the INFO page if there are pipeline warnings

Moved from ella-frontend#137: If a pipeline warning is present, the user should be taken to the INFO page instead of DETAILS page upon opening the analysis.

In the current testdata, this applies to all analysis with a warning tag in the Overview for testuser1:

• brca_sample_1.HBOC_v01
• brca_sample_2.HBOC_v01
• brca_sample_allfiltered.HBOC_v01 (note bug in ella-frontend#182)
