As a user I want selected tracks in VISUAL to be persistent within an analysis workflow step

Background

Currently, in VISUAL, if a user makes changes to the track selection in the right panel (changes from default), then collapses the panel and opens it again, the track selection is reset to default settings. This is not good UX, as a user might want to make further adjustments or review current settings after initial adjustment.

Instead, the user selected tracks should persist until the user finishes the workflow (hits Finish and sends to another workflow step/user or finalizes the workflow).
