As a user I want to be notified if a Worklog message has been added

When a message has been added to an Variants or Analysis (ella-frontend#199) Worklog (the color of the Worklog button the Top bar should change, and the number of added comments should be shown in parantheses (equivalent to old frontend). See docs.

Notes:

• This only applies to the comments made in "New message"
• Needs to implemented for Worklog buttons in both Variants and Analysis workflows
