Option to disable Salvage Yard for players

Currently whenever a player deletes an item, they are shown a "User lacks permission to edit compendium: salvage yard" error as Salvage Yard is trying to put that item in the compendium. It would be good if there was an option to either let players use SY (without granting them configuration permissions) or disable it entirely for non-GM users.
