gparted on cosmic

Live CD

• xorg-xhost is required for gparted to work

Actual System

• gparted as https://github.com/cosmic-utils/andromeda isn't a package yet (not sure how far that project is over all) and it probably makes sense to have a partition tool preinstalled.
• xorg-xhost to make gparted work

I'm very open to looking into implementing these changes my self. But I havn't looked into how garuda handles these things exactly.
