Floorp 12 Beta

Ryosuke (Floorp maintainer) send me a message, informing about a soon coming beta release of Floorp 12, planned at the end of November.

Among other changes, it features a completely new settings page and tech stack. Since it's rewritten to a great part, we might have to adjust things.

I'm creating this issue for general information and visibility. Maybe we can start experimenting with a beta build of FireDragon before the beta takes place.
