Kernel App doesn't list kernels at all

Garuda Setting Manager Kernel app does'nt work at all Hello folks I use garuda KDE lite on my 2 pcs (since 2022) and the kernel app was and still is buggy. I click on Refresh to see all available kernel and i click on REFRESH , garuda do a pacman -fy command syncronizing databases withous issue according to the app (it say Complited) but nothing happens, no kernel list. I click exit, return to the Kernel App and nothing happens (only my installed kernel on the list), I do a refresh again and nothig happens.I restart and I open Garuda Setting Manager and goes to kernel app and same issue, only my installed kernel is on the list. Do it several time (is buggy since the beggining of my adventure with Garuda), I try even a scratch from zero installation but same issue, It does't work. Every month I do a cleaning using Garuda Assistant clearing cache and package cache and using Stacer, I have not so many apps on my system ... My garuda-inxi is :
