garuda-settings-manager: error while loading shared libraries: libhd.so.21: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Settings manager stopped working after running garuda-update. From what I understand it's missing a package from hwinfo which was updated from ver.21 to 22 recently and that changed the number in the name of the package
