Create technical checklist: CTO team needs for Notaries/CABs onboarding

The COO team is preparing a checklist for prospective Notaries/CABs spelling out the steps and pieces of information they need to complete before they are officially registered.

We (CTO team/Gaia-X Lab team) shall also provide the few pieces of information we need from a Notary/CAB in order to on-board them into our systems, e.g., Gaia-X Registry.
