Change italian label for "About Feeds"

Hi!

In the hamburger-menu the last entry usually is "About X", where X being the name of the application.

That label is usually translated as "Informazioni su X", while in your case it's translatead as "A proposito di X".

Can you please change it to "Informazioni su Feeds" so to conform to what seems to be the standard in gnome? :)
