can not add vendor id in .xml

I can not add vendor id in xml.

I encountered an issue where our TPM GUID is the same as other vendors', which allows them to download our TPM capsule from LVFS. The update fails, and due to too many failed attempts, the LVFS administrator has reverted this firmware version back to the test channel. I would like to try adding a vendor ID in the requires field to see if it can prevent other vendors from downloading this firmware version.
