Quick Insert not Inserting

• Clicking Search icon in inventory to add an item (i.e. Dagger, Plate Mail, etc.), then clicking the item or the + does not insert the item
• Ctrl+Space to search for the item, drag drop to character sheet inventory/world does not seem to work
• Dragging and Droping a monster into the world (i.e. Kobold) creates a token
