Absorption into Mobile-Sheets

Seeing as this module has been out of development for a while until recently, I've merged all features into the module mobile-sheet as I wasn't expecting this module to make a return. As far as I'm aware, all functionality of mobile-improvements is also present in mobile-sheets currently, making this module effectively redundant
