Feature Request: PC Squads

Hello,

This isn't an issue as much as a feature request. I was hoping that you might add the ability for PCs to be leaders of a Squad. The books mention this in a few cases, particularly in Conan the Mercenary, and it would be helpful if it was a built-in feature without requiring manual work arounds.
