V11-Players Unable to Remove Belongings/Items

Issue report

Only the GM seems to be able to remove items on character sheets (belongings and talents).

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a character as player
2. Drag any belonging and/or talent.
3. Right-click, no menu
