Missing HHA NPC Weapon Qualities

Short description of the proposed feature

The 4 NPC Weapon qualities i'd like added are the Venom Effects qualities from HHA on page 72, which are then used in Children of Set npcs chapter.

Proposed implementation

Please add these qualities with tooltips.
