[Feature Suggestions] Enable/disable per Note, on click option, more styling options

This is a very interesting module concept. I could see myself using it in a number of ways, but I have some thoughts if you're willing to hear them out.

1. The ability to enable/disable on Note-by-Note basis. Essentially a checkbox toggle in the Note's config whether it will be subject to the mod's functionality. Would be handy to be able to disable for some Notes that just don't need to be able to be hovered.
2. An "on click" hook option to replace the hover hook on a per user or world basis. In a scene with a lot of Notes, you'll get a lot of accidental hovers that will annoyingly bring up the info box. To be able to do a single click instead to display it for a few seconds (or until clicking again or moving away) would be great.
3. More styling options rather than just dark background/light text and vice versa. I'm pretty particular about my styling, so to be able to choose BG/text colors without doing some backdoor CSS would be wonderful!
