IDE: Calling the debug menu via mouse click does not work [Regression]

What happens

In the IDE Options > Editor > Mouse options, you can configure the debug menu (a submenu of the regular editor context menu) call via mouse click (for example, via [Ctrl+RMouse]).

In trunk, it does not work. Although a similar call to the tab context menu works.
