IDE incorrectly shows plain/old hint (non-html hint) for some content ((Popup window color is unpredictable))

What happens

Sometimes when hovering over a variable or parameter information is displayed in a yellow popup and sometimes in a grey popup.

What did you expect

I expected the popup to always be the same color, not yellow sometimes and grey other times
