LazReport: DefExportFilterClass has no effect. (Patch included)

What happens
When you set TfrReport.DefExportFilterClass to some value then it has no effect.
What did you expect
It should preselect the filter in SaveDialog when you click on savebutton.
Steps to reproduce
Download the example. Select preview then click on save button.
Patch(lr_view.diff) is included in zip-file.
