Patch for TCOLORBOX and TCOLORLISTBOX to allow external TColorDialog for custom opeartions.

Description:

This Patch will add a ColorDialog Property to both the TColorBox and TColorListBox so that an external ColorDialog can be used and there by allow for custom options like changing the Caption text in the dialog and more.

Those that wish to descend from a TColorDialog and greatly enhance the operation of these two controls.

This is for all widgets. Only standard LCL code used so it should work across the border.
