IDE cannot run macOS app using the "run without debugging" option

Description:

I cannot run any application from within the IDE using the Menu Run > Run without debugging option. I can run any application within the IDE using the normal Menu > Run > Run or using the green triangle on the coolbar.

I have attached the error dialog when attempting to run without debugging.

Steps to reproduce:

Menu > Run > Run without debugging from within the IDE.
