Description:
In the IDE some treeviews doesn't show the scrollbars anymore (search window, install/uninstall packages etc).
Steps to reproduce:
I add a minimal app. Start it with revision 61287 and 61288 to see / not see the scrollbars.
Additional information:
I use Windows 7 classic theme.
